NSC was founded on a simple but deeply held belief: that every child deserves access to high-quality, inspiring football coaching, regardless of ability, background or whether they have ever kicked a ball before.

Our founder brings a rare combination of professional football club expertise and extensive school sports delivery experience to everything NSC does with over a decade of experience.

Bringing previous experience from EFL and Premier League level clubs, alongside senior oversight of sport delivery across 60+ primary schools, NSC exists to raise the standard of youth football coaching across Harlow, Bishops Stortford and Epping.

That experience shapes every session we deliver. From the way we plan and structure our coaching, to the environment we create on the pitch, one where every child feels confident, challenged and excited to come back each week.

Whether we’re delivering sessions at Mark Hall Sports Centre, providing PPA cover and PE delivery in primary schools, or running football clubs as part of the school day, the standard stays the same. High quality coaching. Positive environments. Real development.
